Seascape is a complete resort community featuring gated security, three lakes, five swimming pools, eight tennis courts (six green rubico and two European red clay) an 18-hole par 71, intimate but challenging golf course and Seascapes own beach-front property. Our condominium is located on the 15th hole. Just one half of a fairway from the beach. An easy walk. Seascape owns 2,000 feet of undeveloped snow-white beachfront property. Enjoy a Pina Colada served from the only beach club in the area. Known as The Whales Tail, it is also a great spot for sitting outside on the large deck, eating breakfast and watching dolphin swim in the emerald blue-green waters of the gulf. Don't feel like going out? Barbecue your catch of the day on your patio overlooking the golf course. Shopping is a mile down the road at the Silver Sands Outlet Mall which features over 100 designer-name stores. Nearby restaurants are plentiful.
A wonderful place for families or a group of friends, there is no better condo value in Destin. This is a No Smoking unit.
