Welcome to our beautiful home in the resort area of Sunriver. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the upper level. Also on the upper level is a sitting room with a television, VCR and DVD, sofa, and a love seat. The lower level has one bedroom, 1½ bathrooms, kitchen, and great room with 4 sofas and a 65 inch television(new 2007) with a VCR and DVD. Sunriver is within a 20 minute drive to Bend where you find movies, theater, shopping, dining, and other amenities in a city of 55,000 people. Sunriver has 2 premier golf courses. There are over 40 miles of paved paths for walking, biking(we supply mountain bikes), or jogging. Sunriver has a mall with shops and dining. All the amenities mentioned are within Sunriver or a short ride away. The Sunriver area is 40 minutes from a commercial airport in Redmond(RDX). Sunriver has an airport for small planes up to corporate jets.

Rate information for this Sunriver house rental

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $275-300/Night
  • The rental rate per night is $275.00 per night if not listed in the rate schedule below. There is a 10% discount for all 7 night or longer stays. There is 7% room tax(8% after January 1st, 2007) and a $100.00 cleaning fee($120.00 after January 1st, 2007) in addition to the rental rates quoted. There is also an additional $250.00 refundable damage deposit due at time of payment. The damage deposit is returned upon inspection of the property after your departure if there is no damage or missing property. The fee for your pet is $10.00 per night.

    June23-Labor Day $300.00 per night with the 7th night free.
    November 23rd-November 27th $300.00 per night with the 5th night free.
    December 16th-December 31st $300.00 per night.
    February 18-February 21 $300.00 per night with the 4th night free.
    March 18-March 27 $300.00 per night with the 4th night free.
    May 27-May 30 $300.00 per night with the 4th night free.

Notes: There are 2 local swimming pools. We provide 12 pool passes. There are 2 steps one could get a wheel chair up to have access to the home. The individual could use the one queen bedroom on the lower level and have access to the bathroom next to the bedroom. There is a marina that rents rafts, canoes and kayaks for drifting the Deschutes River that borders Sunriver. There is a stable with horses for riding within Sunriver and/or into the Deschutes National Forest bordering Sunriver. There are 2 outdoor swimming pools in Sunriver. We provide 12 daily pool passes during the warmer months. Two top flight 18 hole golf courses are within Sunriver.

Ski: Mt. Bachelor is only a 25-45 minute drive depending on the weather. The road to the mountain is kept clear of snow. It is a premier skiing area.

Golf: The Sunriver and Bend area has over two dozen golf courses. The Crosswater Course has been rated as one of the top 100 courses in the United States.
