Beautiful newer condo just completed in 2003. This is a small and intimate complex with only eight units and assigned parking under the building. The unit has a direct gulf front view from your spacious 20 foot balcony, the living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a large Sun Deck with Gas Grill right next to the heated pool that is right on the beach. Everything in the unit is brand new from the bedding and furniture to the kitchen appliances and utensils. There are a dozen golf courses nearby and also lots of stuff to do for the kids. It's just a pleasant 15 minute drive to either Clearwater Beach to the north or John's Pass to the south. And you won't believe the choice of local restaurants. Universal Studios and Disney are just 1 1/2 drive. A 40 minute drive to either Busch Gardens or Tampa International Airport. St. Pete Beach is about 25 minutes south.

Full new kitchen appliances: stove, side by side refrigerator, disposal, dishwasher, microwave coffee maker and blender. All kitchen utensils, glasses, dishes, pots and pans and a full assortment of cook ware. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has two twin size beds with a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a 32' TV, DVD, VCR and Sony stereo with CD player in the living room and a 20' TV in each of the bedrooms. All have cable TV and the unit has local phone service. Towels and linens are provided. Large Sun Deck with Gas Grill next to the heated pool on the beach.
