Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $140.00 per night. Minimum 2 night stay required. Please request rate for holiday weekends.
- A security deposit of $100.00 is required to hold reservation. Total rental fee/+ deposit is due 14 days prior to occupancy, (unless other arrangements are made) this allows us time to send directions and a key. $70.00 of security deposit is non-refundable cleaning/inspection fee, remaining amount to be refunded within 2 weeks or immediately upon inspection. Payment in cash or money order. The full deposit/rental fee is refundable only if plans are canceled 10 days prior to planned arrival. We are normally flexible with check-in/check-out times. Friday afternoon to Sunday 2pm is considered a 2 day/night rental. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Renters must be a minimum 25 years of age, unless accompanied by an adult guardian. Two day minimum stay required. We now can send you an email invoice if you wish to pay with a credit card through PayPal. Use of PayPal requires a fee.
May 1st. through September 30th. $140 per day/night. 2 night minim - Holiday days and weeks that include holidays are $150.00 per night with 2 night minimum stay required. Sorry, cabin is unavailable from Nov. 1st. through April 30th.

There is also a small, furnished, sun room on the river end of the cabin that provides relaxation for breakfasts, snacks, or just enjoying the river. A nice hammock located next to the river is also provided. Amenities: - Full bath (including all linens). - gas stove/oven - refrigerator - microwave oven - Table service (including plates, glasses, cups, silverware, etc. - toaster - coffee & coffee maker - no filters required - Television - VCR/CD player - telephone (calling card required) - Porch swing - Lawn furniture - Fire pit BR B Activities: /B BR Spring/Summer time: - Hiking- Fishing – (Lake Margrethe, known for walleye and pan fishing, boat launch is just 25 minutes away and Bear Lake (trout) is less than 20 minutes away. - fly fishing - tubing- kayaking - ATVing- swimming.
- Golfing, (some of the finest golf courses in Michigan including Jack Nicklaus’s 'The Bear', Gary Player’s 'Spruce Run', and the challenging - 'Wolverine' are close by. There are six 18 hole courses within 45 minutes of the cabin.) - Houghton and Higgins Lakes are less than an hours drive. Fall/Wintertime: - Skiing - Snowshoeing - Ice fishing - ATVing (authorized trails within 20 miles) - Snowmobiling - Cross country skiing - Hunting (seasonal/with license Area: As you can see, the cabin is in a great centralized location for all summer and winter outdoor activity, but secluded enough for relaxing and getting away from the rest of civilization in front of the fire with a good book. Must see to believe.
