Spend your summer days in this grand, exclusive Victorian summer house, secluded from the outside world in its own private neighborhood. While away the hours on a glorious half-mile of private beach. Relax and dine on the wrap-around porch that provides a lovely view of the ocean. The living room and formal dining room provide plenty of space for summer entertaining. Enjoy the ten foot ceilings, original paneling and details. The downstairs television room comes with cable and DVD. Nine guests can sleep comfortably in the five very large upstairs bedrooms. The house has a full modern kitchen complete with dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave. In addition to the three full bathrooms, there is a unique outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The full size pantry and the butler's pantry adjoin the kitchen as does the separate laundry room. Just step out onto the back porch to grill your freshly-caught bluefish on the Weber grill.
