Rate information for this Gilbert condo rental
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Security/reservation deposit of $700 is required at the time of reservation.
Deposit is 100% refundable provided no damages or excessive cleaning required.
A cleaning fee of $75 is also required.
50% of the rental fee is due 90 days prior to arrival and the final 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.
All deposits/payments are non refundable unless given 60 days notice or the unit is able to be re-rented. Minimum stay 1 month.

April 1st thru Dec 31st 1000 monthly (plus some utilities) - minimum stay is 1 month
