The beautiful white sand beach is just steps from your door and is very secluded and quiet, in a non-tourist area. Whether relaxing on the beach or your balcony or sunning and enjoying the water, it’s an awesome atmosphere with gorgeous views. Trolley stops ¼ block north of building. The unit is completely furnished with full Kitchen, Newer Stove, D/W, Microwave and New Refrigerator. In-Unit separate Laundry Room with Full Size Washer & Dryer. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs every hour from the condo, North to Clearwater Beach (about 10-minute drive) or South to Treasure Island (about 15-minute drive) for shopping, restaurants and water sports at historic John's Pass. Close by there are restaurants --a few blocks from Guppy's!-- Cafes, Drug Stores, Ice Cream Shops, Any kind of Shopping! etc., and close to major highways.

Notes: The unit has new Central A/C and Heat, Ceiling Fans in Living Room and both Bedrooms. New Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher and Full Size Washer and Dryer in a separate in-unit room. Iron and Ironing Board. The Kitchen has all Silverware, Dishes, Glasses, Pots, Pans, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Blender, Service Dishes, Cookie Sheets, Knives and Utensils for cooking. Linen service includes sheets, bath and kitchen towels and bath and kitchen wash cloths, and extra blankets and pillows. Both bedroom beds have new mattresses with vinyl zipper covers and mattress pads. All pillows have pillow liners and cases. Mattress Pads, Pillow Liners and Blankets are washed periodically. Carpeting was professionally cleaned in January.

Deposit: 25% of the total rental cost is required to book. The balance, paid in-full, is due 30-days prior to first rental date.

Cancellations: Deposit refund less $50.00 service fee will be granted if cancellation notice is received 30-days or more prior to arrival date. Cancellations less than 30-days notice are non-refundable. Cancellations are appreciated via both e-mail and phoning the owner. My condo is well maintained and very comfortable. It is a No Smoking unit. Pets are not allowed in our building.
