- RENTAL PERIODS
Saturday to Saturday (7 night) rentals are highly preferred throughout the year. Mid-Week inquires (less than 7 nights, or 8 - 13 nights) are seldom considered, but sometimes during slower months, or when either the check-in or checkout day is Saturday. Best chance is short notice requests: dates still open within 2 weeks of the first rental date.
MULTI-WEEK RENTALS
Inquires are discounted based on which month(s) requested and the number of weeks: 10-Week Max.
EXTRA GUESTS
Rates are based up to four guests, maximum of six per rental. Each extra guest (one or two) is $90 a person per week, children four years or less are free.
DEPOSIT
25% of the total rental cost is required to book. The balance (paid in-full) is due at least 30 days before the first rental date.
CANCELLATION
45 or more days from first rental date, Deposit (minus $50) is refunded. 44 - 30 days, Deposit is non-refundable.
Within 30 days of first rental date, full payment is non-refundable - TRAVEL INSURANCE
Allows cancellation at any time for a full refund of deposit or fully-paid reservation - certain terms/conditions apply. Cost is 7% of the total rental charge and must be paid when booked.
HOLIDAY PREMIUMS
10% Rate Surcharge is applied to these weeks: Christmas, New Years, Easter, July 4th.
NOTE
No pets allowed, sorry. Smoking only on balcony, please.
PARKING
Under the building, our two spaces (12 & 13). Also, two visitor spaces.
BABY ITEMS
Provided upon request. Cost for up to 7 nights: Crib $65, Highchair $49, both $95.
