This home offered is less than 18 months old and is equipped to a very high standard, it offers spacious accommodations as well as a first class location that is manned with 24hr security for your peace of mind. Southern Dunes is situated south of Orlando and offers guests an abundance of leisure facilities, which include an 18 hole 4 star PGA championship golf course. There is also a Country Club which offers a reasonably priced restaurant and bar - families are very welcome. There is a community pool, 2 tennis courts, lake fishing, gym facilities and a children's play area. In addition, there are excellent shopping facilities right at the entrance to Southern Dunes, including a 24 hour Walmart hypermarket, numerous restaurants and take-aways (some of which deliver) and medical facilities within 5 minutes.

To complete your holiday at the rear of the house is a private screened pool. Here’s where you can relax with a cool drink soaking up the glorious sunshine and truly enjoy the Florida lifestyle. The fine mesh screening lets the sun in but keeps any bugs out! Heating of the pool is optional, there are only a few months of the year when the pool will require heating. The pool and sun deck have night time lighting for those warm balmy nights spent outside. Pool furniture including sun loungers and table and chairs are also available for your use. A safety screen for the children is provided but can be easily removed if not required. We have recently installed a hot tub / jacuzzi on the extended deck area for a touch of luxury and to soothe those aching muscles after an action packed day. After all the fun of the theme parks & attractions you can relax at home with the DVD player, PlayStation 2. The house is fully air-conditioned too.

Every little detail has been carefully considered to help you to relax and make the most of your Florida vacation. All linen and towels are provided. There is a telephone and all local calls are free. Long distance calls can be made by using a phone card available from Walmart. Cot and high chair available at no extra charge. Your villa will have been fully cleaned prior to your arrival. The pool will be crystal clear for your enjoyment and the Management Company is just a phone call away for any unforeseen difficulties with the home. In the event of any emergency or any problem, however small, our management company are on hand 24 hours a day.
