Rates include all services; including Daily maid service (except Sunday). Towel and linen service, Toiletries and purified water is included. Any gratuity to house keeping or staff is always appreciated and is suggested at your own discretion. Please see all the condominiums on this web site to familiarize yourself with all the other items included with your rental. We will hold a reservation without a deposit for 3 days only. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.
A deposit of 50 % is required to reserve a unit.
The balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Failure to make final payment on a timely basis will be subject to cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.
Payment may be made in any type of personal or bank check. Wire transfers are accepted for $30.00 additional(upon request we will provide wire transfer information).
Rates do not include 12% IVA Tax.

or cancellations will be processed specifically as outlined below. Sorry no exceptions and cancellation fees are strictly enforced. To protect against cancellation caused by unforeseen events such as illness, strikes, Weather, acts of GOD, Etc; we recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance to insure a refund of your deposit.
Cancellation fees: 20% of the rental price if the cancellation is received 90 days prior to the beginning of the rental period.
50% of the rental price if the cancellation is received between the 89th And the 60th Day prior to the beginning to the rental period. The total rental price will be forfeited for any cancellations received after the 59th day prior to the beginning to the rental period. We will make every attempt to rent the unit if you must cancel between the 59th day and your arrival date. If we are successful we will refund 50% of the rental price and apply it towards a credit for another rental period.
