About the 2 suite Villa: Each spacious suite is 1500 square foot and has two large bedrooms, a large open common space that includes the living room, dining room, kitchen and a full size bathroom. The Master Bedroom has an incredible ocean view and is furnished with a queen size bed, reading tables, chair and ample closet space. The Spacious Second Bedroom has two double beds, reading table, chair and closet space and storage. The Full Size Bathroom is constructed of authentic Mexican tile with a large shower, tiled counter tops and floors. The Living Area includes a fully equipped tile kitchen adjoining a lovely, authentically furnished living area with a colorful fold-out futon bed and tropical hardwood furniture, lamps, and stereo system. Outside the sliding glass doors of the living area and master bedroom, is An Expansive Deck spanning the ocean front and side of the house.

Experience Our Tropical Paradise: The deck areas are fully furnished with outdoor patio furniture, lounge chairs and Mayan hammocks so you can eat, drink, relax and enjoy the incredible view of the Caribbean and bask in warm topical breezes. Unit can sleep up to 6 people. The Villa is ideal for a family, a group of friends or a spacious environment for two. Each individual unit has its own fully furnished kitchen, bath and living area providing complete privacy. The 3rd Floor Observation Roof offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean to the east and lagoons and mangrove jungle to the west. It is the perfect location to observe a tropical sunrise, sunset or stargaze into the night sky. Caretakers are nearby to offer you security and assistance.

Beach Side and Water Activities: Snorkeling: In front of the Coral Garden Inn you can get into the water and see the some amazing coral formations and hundreds of varieties of fish.! A short stroll south on the beach, about 200 yards, is some of the best snorkeling in the area. The water is shallow on the shore, for easy entry and just 50 feet out you can swim for hours among numerous coral heads teaming with beautiful tropical fish, rays, lobsters, eels, all sheltered by the second longest barrier reef in the world. The Mexican government has established this natural coastline, including the beaches of Xcalak, as a natural marine park. Diving: Wonderful scuba diving is available through a local dive shop to local dive sites within 5-15 minutes by boat. Banco Chinchorro North America's largest diving atoll is only 25 miles due East. Fishing: Xcalak is a favorite destination for fly-fishing. They catch and release bonefish, tarpon, and permit. Also: Bicycling, kayaking and exploring.
