The 19-ft ceiling in the living room, soaring windows, and unique architectural details give our Hawaiian styled townhome a rare sense of individuality and comfort. Set among acres of tropical landscaping with over 250 palms, it is the least dense complex in the Resort. Prepare fresh fish and locally grown fruit from Kona's Farmers' Market in your own well-equipped, chef's kitchen or dine at world-class local restaurants.

Waikoloa Colony Villas, A Gated Complex: Here in our complex, you can play tennis, workout at the air-conditioned fitness center or relax at one of the two stunning pools. One pool, pictured above, features a unique lava rock waterfall and spa. The second pool has an 18' deep toddlers' area. There are gas BBQs by each pool. Waikoloa Beach Resort - Ancient royal fishponds and a beautiful golden sand beach are 5 minutes away at Anaeho’omalu Bay or “A Bay.' The Resort provides lounge chairs at the beach for our guests. Warm tropical waters and coral reef are home to a wide variety of fish and turtles. It is ideal for snorkeling. Nearby at the Hilton's world-famous DolphinQuest Center you can swim with the 25 dolphins for a fee or just watch the fun at no charge.
