Rate information for this Aspen house rental
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Deposits: An initial deposit of 50% by Cashier's Check or Wire Transfer is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits are due within ten days of the reservation request along with a completed and accepted rental agreement. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A rental confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your deposit and signed reservation forms.
Holiday Season Deposits: Due to the popularity of this season, a 100% of the Rental Fee will be required in order to confirm your reservation.
Damage Deposit: A Credit Card number is required with the final payment to be held for any damages to the house or misc. charges to the house such as telephone, fax, etc. Your account will not be charged except in the event of damages or charges.
Failure of any payment may cause the reservation to be canceled. -
Check-in time: 4:00 PM - Check-out time: 10:00 AM: If you would like a later checkout, contact us 24 hours prior to see if this is possible. Management reserves the right to charge 1/2 of the daily rate if a guest stays past the 10:00 pm checkout time without prior approval.
Cancellation Terms: A full refund of all deposits received, less a 10% service charge, will be returned if the reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to arrival; otherwise, all deposits received shall be forfeited unless the home is re-booked for the entire period of the reservation. If you decide to shorten your stay, no monies paid will be refunded unless unused nights are re-booked.
CANCELLATIONS: Holiday Seasons: Notice of cancellation must be received by October 1; otherwise, all deposits will be forfeited unless home is re-booked for the reservation time period.
Length of Stay: One-week minimum stay. If available, the charge for the extra days will be prorated from the rental rate in effect.

Amenities: One week minimum stay is required and a deposit is needed to confirm. Additional days will be prorated the weekly rate. Living Room: Large Stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings with operable skylights, keep the home warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Hardwood floors, beamed ceiling, plastered walls add to the moutain feel. A cozy loft overlooking the livingroom has a queen size lounge and is the perfect place to read a book or to watch the second TV. DVD/VHS/Digital Cable for large Screen TV, Bose Speaker System with Tuner/5 CD Change, 2 tape decks, digital cable music & XM satellite receiver. Kitchen: All the cooking appliances for gourmet cooking, Gas Range, Microwave/convection oven, cappaccino machine, Purified Water System. Kitchen is stocked with spices, staple, fresh coffee beans, hot chocolate mix, etc.. Washer and Dryer.
Activities: Skiing, hiking, biking, rafting and all the other great outdoor sports Aspen is known for- including shopping and dining.
Area: Two minutes to the Aspen Mountain gondola, Ruby Park Bus Center, Downtown Shopping and Dining, and the World Famous Aspen Club & Spa.
