Probably the largest 4 bedroom vacation home you can rent in the Orlando area (2500 sq ft) & certainly the largest on Southern Dunes, 'The Palm' benefits from 2 self-contained master bedroom suites & 2 twin bedrooms, 1 of which can be set up as an additional King - ideal for 3 couples. It is of a unique design and layout. Furnishings are of the highest quality, & expect to find many extra touches unusual in a vacation home. Guests at 'The Palm' enjoy a Completely private swimming pool & Jacuzzi hot tub with a Huge South-facing sunbathing & al fresco dining area in a sheltered courtyard setting. The pool gets the sun all day & is solar heated, but additional electric pool heating is available (optional May - Sept). We have installed a (removable) pool security fence for your peace of mind if you have young children playing around the pool area. The pool area is furnished as an extra outside living room - there is a full-sized dining table & lots of luxury padded chairs and loungers.

Plants, ceiling fans, the built-in electric barbecue, music speakers and adjustable atmospheric lighting will all add to your outdoor living enjoyment. The west facing rear of the house overlooks the Golf Course (16th Fairway) - we like to step outside the rear door to enjoy the wonderful views in the evening sunshine, or take a stroll on the course. You'll sleep well in the beautifully-decorated king and queen-sized bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms (lots of privacy for couples traveling together)- each of these bedrooms has direct access to the pool area. Two twin bedrooms (without pool access) share the third bathroom. One of the twin bedrooms can be set up as a King bedroom if required. All the bedrooms have their own TV and DVD player. You can spread out and be totally comfortable in the two spacious living areas, one of which includes a professional slate bed billiard table. There is full air-conditioning AND ceiling fans in all bedrooms

A sophisticated, integrated sound system pipes your favorite music to all main rooms, including the pool area! The fully-equipped kitchen with its black granite worktops and separate laundry room make life that much more pleasant for when you have to make the effort to cook or do some laundry. Thanks to the wireless internet, you can use your laptop anywhere in the villa, even on the pool deck. You can make free local phone calls from the house phone. It's an easy stroll to the Clubhouse with its excellent restaurant & bar (breakfast, lunch & dinner). Less than 5 minutes drive (or you can walk - if you feel energetic!) to a 24 hr Wal-Mart Superstore and other shops & restaurants, just outside the community gate. There are at least 10 other Pay & Play Golf courses nearby; so keen golfers could play a different course everyday.

It is superb! 4 adults + 4 children made up our group when we visited. It was wonderfully spacious so we never felt in each other's way. We never even used one of the lounges! It was a true luxury to be able to take 3 footsteps from the master bedroom to the pool, and the bathroom alone could've housed a small family! Very peaceful estate, beautifully clean home and extremely well appointed. It's a real treat when a holiday property surpasses your expectations.'
