The only exception to the above policy would be if we were able to re-rent the unit at list price.

- The Master Bedroom with king bed features an private entrance, via sliding glass doors, to the balcony overlooking the beach. The 2nd Bedroom has two comfortable twin beds and a private entrance to the hall bathroom. Both rooms have large closets! The living room features a new queen sleeper sectional sofa and ottoman. The 9 foot sliding glass door allows perfect viewing of the Atlantic Ocean and access to the over-sized, double balconies. We have also provided an AeroBed for your use as needed.

Location and Resort Amenities:: The location is what makes our condo special! Land's End Resort is accessible via the Kings Road exit off of Hwys 22 and 17. Avoid Hwy 17 traffic by taking the new Bypasses Hwys 22 and 31. The Nature Preserve, which has been here since 1944 gives us over a mile of undeveloped beach north of the complex. A walk south of Land's End takes you to hotel areas with bars and restaurants and the Apache Pier. The Tanger Outlets is less than .5 miles away. Land's End has 7 outdoor pools, two of which are located on the ocean in front of our building. Charcoal grills and picnic tables are available for your use on the grounds. Elevators and convenient stairways make it an easy access to our 3rd floor condo. Trash chutes avoid timely walks to dumpsters! Luggage carriers and grocery carts make it easy to transport your treasures. Security is paramount with nightly patrolmen and a gated entrance. Parking is located directly at the building, and covered parking is available
Condo Amenities:: Our 3rd floor condo is furnished with your comfort in mind. The 25 foot over sized balconies feature a bar-height table and chairs as well as two lounge chairs with cushions. The living area has a great sectional sofa and ottoman for supreme relaxation! We have also provided board games, videos and books for those rainy days or once your shopping, golf or beach walking is over! The kitchen is fully outfitted with dishes, utensils, coffee maker and filters, blender, microwave, toaster, can opener, full-sized refrigerator, washer/dryer and a large pantry. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean. The master features a New King size bed with Thermopedic foam overlay. The view from the master is the big blue Atlantic ocean! The second bedroom is spacious and private and has two twin beds. The main bathroom also has a private doorway into the second bedroom.
Advantages:: Many extras included...like paper and cleaning products! Renting from the owner not only saves money but time at check in as well. Once full payment has been received, we simply mail you the keys along with a prepaid envelope for their return. We can also help you with your planning as needed as we enjoy talking with our renters from all over the US and Canada!
