Tower 2 Unit 101- Our non-smoking 'stunning, first floor, ocean-front' condo includes 3 large bedrooms, 3 full size baths with a full wrap-around balcony. Enjoy the panoramic views of the emerald Gulf plus all the action on the beach. This unit is approximately 15 stairs to the beach, pool, hot tub and much more. Unit 101 is as close to the beach and water as you can get at Edgewater! Not kidding! The wrap-around balcony opens from the dining room, kitchen, living room, the master suite and first guest bedroom. It faces both south and east, so you can sun worship while other members of your party retreat to the shade. The 525-square-foot wrap-around balcony, the largest at Edgewater also provides a nice cross-breeze to make even the hottest day tolerable. The balcony is furnished for outdoor dining, relaxing with a good book or just enjoying one of our spectacular sunsets over the emerald-green water and beautiful, white sand of our beaches.
Inside, expect the unexpected! This 'one level' 1847-square-foot deluxe corner unit is the largest and most luxurious, suite style at Edgewater. Lavishly decorated upscale unit using a West Indies, tropical theme - imagine being in island paradise! Elegant, but comfortable! As soon as you enter the foyer, you'll realize that this unique vacation destination is going to be one to remember. Brand new plush Karastan carpets installed 12/12/05. The fully equipped Kitchen has a gourmet entertaining island, Corian countertops, a large side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water and ice, smooth-top stove, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, dishes, glasses, cookware, large capacity washer and dryer and all cooking utensils. For sleeping- a King, a Queen, and 2 full-size beds sleeps 8 people.
Let your worries drain as you look over the “World’s Most Beautiful Beach” in peace and serenity from sunrise to sunset! Every thing you could possibly need is provided in our 2 rentals including: bath and bed linens, dish, dishwasher and laundry detergents, fabric softener, cleaning supplies, spices, foil, and food bags. But, please bring your own beach towels. First floor oceanfront (unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico) wrap-around balcony.
