- Weekly Rentals Requirements:
To confirm your reservation, an initial deposit of $500. to $1500 (depending on time of year )is required. An email will be sent confirming your reservation and will serve as your confirmation until you receive a written notice;Clients must confirm email immediately (within 24 hours) otherwise reservation will be canceled. Deposit must be received by our office within 4 days of booking or dates will automatically be canceled. - Cancellation Policy:
After 59 days the cancellation fee will consist of the entire deposit and will be retained by owner. Any cancellation 30 days prior to arrival deposit and weekly rental is non refundable.
