We put in a lot of thought to make this a very pleasant stay for our guests - from beach toys to very comfortable furniture and bedding. The moment you walk in, you will feel like you are on vacation. Fully furnished including 2 Cable TVs, VCR, DVD Player, Stereo, CD Player, and full kitchen. Rate information for this Oceanside condo rental

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

    There is a $350 security deposit for weekly rentals and a $1000 security deposit for monthly rentals. The deposit, minus $85 for cleaning, is returned to you 1 to 2 weeks after your stay if there is no damage or loss.

    Your security deposit holds your dates. The full amount of rent plus tax is due 60 days prior to your stay. There is a 10% Occupancy Tax for stays less than 30 days.

    Holiday weeks have slightly higher rates.
