The cottage sleeps 10 people maximum, please. The cottage has a deck, phone and cable TV (2 TVs; one with DVD/VHS player). The fully-equipped kitchen has new appliances (stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher), and other small essentials (coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, dishes, pots and pans). Bed linens and basic indoor towels are provided. The lakefront property has 218' of private waterfront, a dock, picnic table, swing set, Weber gas grill, charcoal grill, and a fire pit. A 5-person paddle boat, a 16' fiberglass canoe, swim raft, and a 12' aluminum rowboat are included with summer rent. 20' pontoon boat available to rent. Amenities: Year round cottage has heat, phone, cable TV, ceiling fans. Kitchen has new, full-size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. Coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans. Bed linens and basic towels are provided.
Outside: charcoal grill, Weber gas grill, fire pit, swing set, 5-person paddle boat, aluminum rowboat, 16' fiberglass canoe. Newer Pontoon boat (20' w/40hp motor) available to rent. Our rates are at least 50% less than rental companies in Traverse City. The cottage is only 10 minutes from downtown Traverse City. It is also close to the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park, Interlochen Center for the Arts, and unlimited dining and shopping options.
