The beautifully landscaped pool terrace has steps down to Mismaloya beach, where local palapa restaurants can provide you with the grilled catch of the day. Sharing the beach with the 5-star La Jolla de Mismaloya Resort, you can rent jet-skis, go on snorkeling/diving trips, explore further down the coast by boat, or just put your toes in the Pacific. Horseback riding, more restaurants, tequila tasting and convenience food shopping are a 5-minute walk away in the village of Mismaloya. The fantastic town of Puerto Vallarta, with its art galleries, shops, restaurants, sea-walk and nightlife is only a 15-minute public bus (5.5 pesos!) ride away, with the bus stop directly in front of the condo - no need for an expensive car rental! All the ingredients are here for your perfect holiday!!

Our fully air-conditioned condo can accommodate up to 4 persons - the bedroom contains one Queen size bed and the living room is equipped with a sofa bed. The second full bathroom allows a group of 4 additional privacy and convenience. Our new stainless-steel kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances and all the pots, pans, dishes and cutlery you need to cook up a storm. The English-speaking staff at the Reception desk will greet you, and help you settle in. The complex also has 24-hour on-site security. Internet access is available from the workstation in the Reception area (at an additional charge), or if you have an appropriately equipped laptop, you may use the wireless broadband connection in our condo (at an additional charge). Local phone calls from the condo are free; but you will be charged separately, at check-out, for any long-distance or 1-800 number calls made.

Our condo is also equipped with a wide-screen, HDTV-capable TV with Satellite, offering over 200 US and Canadian regular and specialty stations, including movie channels. Our DVD player is also available to play your music CDs, or movies rented from Blockbuster in town. The condo has an Olympic size pool and two hot tubs, an equipped gym, tennis court and ping-pong table on the pool terrace. Deep sea fishing is available from charterers in the bay, along with boat trips down the coast. You can rent jet skis on the beach, go snorkeling in Mismaloya Bay, or take a snorkeling/diving trip to the Los Arcos islands, just around the corner

Golf: Puerto Vallarta is a golfer's paradise, with a number of different courses available around the bay.
