Further Details: A variety of supermarkets, great charter fishing, amusement parks, fun things to do at the beach, renting of dune buggies, theaters, etc. all within minutes of the condo. Our condo is in Phase 4 of Crystal Village II which was the last built. We have a reserved parking space at our stairway entrance. All single renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or responsible adult the whole time there. We are limited to a maximum of 6 people, including children. Condo is Non-Smoking and No Pets are allowed.
Amenities: Washer, dryer, central HVAC, new carpet , ceramic tile, 3 TVs, DVD Player, 2 VCRs, cable, CD/tape stereo, family video movies, ceiling fans, telephones, all bed linens, iron, ironing board, bath and kitchen linens, private balcony with patio furniture, 2 swimming pools (one seasonally heated). Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and everything needed. New custom wood blinds made for each window in 2006. New master bedroom furniture in 2008. New AC installed in July, 2008. New very comfortable recliner added in April, 2008.
