Other amenities include a large built-in color TV, VCR, stereo, CD player. The downstairs living area includes a private bedroom with full bath, a full living room with a new queen sized sleeper sofa, a full cabana bath with shower, a full kitchen with dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. Both the bedroom and the living room open to a screened porch with new furniture. Outside amenities include a screened porch that runs the full length of the home with hammock and new patio furniture, covered parking for four cars or a boat, BBQ grill, 75 foot dock with a seawall and boat davits, swim ladder, outdoor shower, large yard with picnic table and chairs along the dock.
