Call for special summer rates This beautiful home features an open beam ceiling with skylights in the main living area, new contemporary furniture, new kitchen featuring contemporary custom cabinets and all Kitchen-Aid appliances, and 75 feet of private, direct ocean access waterfront dockage. A screened in porch runs the full length of the home, faces the water and features upscale patio furniture and a hammock. There are 2 BR/2 BA upstairs and 1 BR/full BA downstairs. The upstairs master bedroom includes a queen size four poster bed, tastefully decorated in Tommy Bahama-style complete with mosquito netting, palm trees, orchids and sliding doors lead to the screened porch, which faces the water. The bedroom has its own double-sink private bath with shower and a full, walk-in closet.
The second bedroom is bright and airy with 2 wrought-iron twin beds, sliding glass doors that lead to the porch, and a full private bath with shower and tub. A full sized washer and dryer are located in the second bath. The entire home is centrally air-conditioned with ceiling fans. Other amenities include a large built-in color TV, VCR, stereo, CD player. The downstairs living area includes a private bedroom with full bath, a full living room with a new queen sized sleeper sofa, a full cabana bath with shower, a full kitchen with dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. Both the bedroom and the living room open to a screened porch with new furniture. Outside amenities include a screened porch that runs the full length of the home with hammock and new patio furniture, covered parking for four cars or a boat, BBQ grill, 75 foot dock with a seawall and boat davits, swim ladder, outdoor shower, large yard with picnic table and chairs along the dock.
Activities include swimming, fishing or boating right in your back yard. Catch tarpon and snapper right off of your dock! Or take your children to the new City playground that is only 2 houses away. Close by are numerous restaurants, tiki bars, dive shops, fishing fleets, boat and jet ski rentals. Sombero Beach is nearby with a large, protected sand beach, swimming, a play ground for children, grills, covered pavilions and a fishing pier. If diving is your thing, Sombero Reef is just a 10-minute boat ride off of your dock.
