The sunsets are spectacular from the third level balcony! When it’s time for cooling off in the two community pools it’s out the door and just around the corner to the southern pool and not much farther to the northern pool. The crystal white sands of the Gulf are less than five minutes from your front porch. Don’t worry about huge crowds on the beach because the beach area is private. We’ve also got a beach caddy and wagon to help get those little sailors and all your riggings out to the sea. Scenic 98 also has walking/bike paths for those early morning or late evening strolls along the beach. Emerald Waters Village is an exclusive gated community located in the Frangista Beach area of greater Destin.
