The condominium sleeps up to 3 people with the very large bedroom having a King-size bed, and the spacious living room with a fold-out sofa bed. Both the bedroom and the living room open onto a large private balcony facing the ocean (not ocean view). There is a lovely ocean view from the swimming pool and Jacuzzi on the roof deck. There are only 13 units in this building, which are very well cared for by the 24 hour a day caretaker and maid. This couple also provide security for the building, which is accessible by tenants only. Cleaning of the rooms is provided 3 times a week, and beach passes are included for Mamitas Beach Club (for use of their lounge chairs and facilities). The 2 included bicycles are great for doing a little further sight seeing (saving you $20 a day on potential bike rentals).
