Walking down to Money Point for Sand Dollars, Shells & seeing Bonefish in the Shallows is a thrill. Bird watching is good. All of our Boats are up to date & our Accommodations are cozy and pleasing to be in. Furnished with it Rattan, open Beam Ceiling keeps it cool with Ceiling Fans but also all Units have AC if need be. Knoll's Landing is well Landscaped on its 550 feet of Shoreline with Tall Coconut Palms, Casuarinas, Sea Grapes. Devoted Anglers & Non Fisherman: Here at 'Knoll's Landing' you can wade out and go Bonefishing in the bay just a few feet away or catch fish off our dock. For you DEVOTED ANGLERS - Our Guides will take you by boat to 'Bonefish World' & 'The Joulter Cays'. There is where you will find miles of Flats with Bonefish, Tarpon & Permit. The vastness of the Flats is unbelievable with fish every where and only min's away. Our Place is also great for you Non-Fisherman with all it's beauty. We offer Snorkeling on our Small Reef right here, walking the Empty White Sand Beach down to Money Point for Sand dollars along with Shelling or Bird Watching down our back road to Still Waters. There are day when the Dolphins come into our Bay to play. You will see large Star Fish, Spotted Rays & Turtles swimming by. Kayaking on Crystal clear smooth water is a favorite pastime for our Guest & in the evenings sipping your favorite cocktail at Sun Set on the dock with the cool Bahamas breeze.. Once you are here you'll never want to leave.

Amenities & Activies: : Fresh Fish, Conch & Lobsters available daily. Boats with Guide upon request for Fly fishing on a 17' Silver King Flats Boat, 15' Boston Whaler (for snorkeling trips) or a 28' Sport Fishing /Diving Boat (for larger groups) All boats in the water in front of Knoll's Landing. Your Guide & Capitan Rodney Miller better known as 'Andros Angler' will be happy to teach you how to tie Fly's along with learning how to fish for those Gray Ghost know as Bonefish. There are tours available upon request for hire to visit some of our local attractions like the Blue Holes (fresh water swimming), Charlie Morgen's Cave & Red Bay's (known for their straw basket weaving) There are Taxi's & Car rentals easily available and we recommend getting one for a day or so. Andros is the largest Island in the Bahamas over 105 miles long & 45 miles wide & lots to see. There are some charming small local restaurants that serve very good Bahamian food. Andros are know as the 'Sleeping Giant' come see for yourself.

Ski: We only have Bahama Sun and warm weather, Activities: Bonefishing, fly fishing, learning how to tie a Fly, sport fishing, spear fishing, snorkeling, swimming, biking, kayaking, shelling, bird watching and walking miles of white sandy beach.

We believe vacationing at 'Knoll's Landing' here on Andros Island is one of the best kept secrets of all times, and hope that you will feel the same. Here on Andros Island, the beaches are empty, and the 3rd longest barrier reef in the world stretches over the 120-mile length of the island. At low tide the exposed tips of it's elkhorn coral form a live barrier between the shallow patch reef area inside, and the deeper magnificent coral formations and walls on the seaward side. Over 30 miles west on the swampy far side of Andros, myriad migrating birds, and large Andros Rock iguana rarely, if ever, see humans. Yet these reefs and the island called the 'Sleeping Giant' are truly one of those 'undiscovered' places. You may call it your greatest discovery. Red Bays is where you will find Hand Made Baskets. The communities here are rarely more than a few hundred in size and are spread over the largest land mass in the Bahamas.
