- There is one bathroom in the hallway, convenient to the bedrooms and the living area. This bathroom has a huge tiled shower, and a large mirror, sink, and counter. The toilet is taller for ease of use. There are two windows looking out to bougainvillea. The second bath is off the master bedroom and has a tub/shower combination, sink, mirrored cabinet, toilet, and closet. There is one window that looks out to the driveway and the oleander.

- The bedrooms are nicely separated from each other for privacy. The master bedroom has a queen-sized cottage-style bed, dresser, night stand, and antique wicker chest, TV with a DVD player, a bay window looking out to bougainvillea, and a bathroom with tub, shower, sink, toilet, and closet. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized sleigh bed, dresser, night stands, and an antique table and chair. There are 4 large windows looking out to flowers and a grassy yard with trees. The third bedroom has bunk beds and a desk with a phone. High speed internet available. There are two large windows looking out to the driveway and very tall oleander. The fourth area is an alcove off the dining area that has a sofa bed (single) with a pop-up trundle underneath to sleep an additional person. The alcove has curtains and a light and can be closed off from the rest of the room for privacy. All of the rooms, except for the master bedroom/baths are knotty pine walls and ceilings.

Area: Off Hwy 111, Center of Coachella Vly: The home is within walking distance to the center of Cathedral City, where there is a beautiful fountain, Mary Pickford Theatre, Imax Theatre, restaurants, and other new shops and stores. Cathedral City is located between Palm Springs (10 minutes away) and Rancho Mirage (5 minutes away), along Hwy 111. The home is tucked up on the hillside, but has a fairly level yard. It is generally out of the wind, and is shaded by large trees. It is in a family neighborhood, not a gated community.
Amenities: Super Stocked Home!!: The kitchen has a gas stove top range, standard refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, phone, blender, coffee bean grinder, coffee maker, tea maker, ice tea maker, waffle maker, juicer, garbage disposal, mixer, and all of the pots, pans, baking equipment, beautiful dishes, silverware, linens, cookbooks, and utensils you will need to make wonderful meals. There is a washer and dryer and table for folding clothes. You can plug your lap top into the phone line at the desk. Five person Hot tub!! Outdoor and indoor games, bikes, close to theatres, golf, shopping, scenic views and more!! The living room has a 60' TV, VCR, DVD/CD player, a good collection of movies, gas fireplace, and comfortable couches, chair, and ottoman. The bunk room has a desk and phone. Just bring your laptop and plug in! The master bedroom has a TV/VCR/DVD on cable.
Activities: games, movies, family time!!: There is a fenced/walled grassy yard for outdoor games, gas BBQ, outdoor furniture, outdoor and indoor games and sports equipment, 3 adult bikes. Lots of areas for walking. Many excellent golf courses are close at hand, as well as bike paths (bring your own helmets), theatres, swimming, tennis, Aerial Tramway, The Living Desert (zoo), wildlife viewing, live theatre, professional tennis and golf games to view, art galleries, arts and crafts fairs, shopping, museums, an array of fine restaurants, movie star's homes to view, hiking, fun parks for children, outlet malls, casinos, and many more activities. In the home, you will find games, cards, movies, and some outdoor games as well. Sun bathing on loungers! Hot tub fun!!
