$500 deposit required to hold the house for your selected dates. $500 security deposit secured with a credit card (like renting a car). Complete payment due 30 days in advance. 10.5% Transient Occupancy Tax required by the City of San Diego for all rentals less than 30 days in length. Saturday to Saturday rentals from mid June to mid August. 3 day minimum all other times.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If we receive notification of your cancellation at least 45 days prior to your arrival date, all deposits are refunded, less a $100 handling fee and credit card processing fees, if applicable. If notice is received less than 45 days prior to your arrival date, a refund will be made only if the unit is re-rented.
