Casa Sol y Luna is a large structure, consisting of two interconnected villas. The lower villa is Casa Sol,a 3 bedrooms, four bathrooms with living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room, plus a large terrace where you can have your meals, swing in hammocks, play table tennis or just lounge on the traditional wood and leather furniture. The upper villa, Casa Luna, is also a three-bedroom/four-bath/living room / dining room/ kitchen, and a large terrace with hammocks and leather furniture overlooking the ocean. It has a large partially covered rooftop terrace with an uninterrupted panoramic view of Cozumel Island, the jungle and wetlands that host a large variety of wildlife. There is also an interior stairway that connects both villas into a very large 6BR/8B villa . To accommodate larger groups, Casa Sol y Luna boasts a side bungalow with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living-dining room and complete kitchen.

Adjacent to the swimming pool there is an exterior kitchen palapa bar with gas and coal barbecue grill, refrigerator and stools . The services of our chef can be arranged at an additional fee. Casa Sol y Luna is a 4,000 sq.ft. waterfront property . The villa is only 20 miles south of the Cancun Airport. Playa del Secreto is one of the best beaches in the Mexican Riviera , 1.5 miles of pristine white sandy beach , semi-deserted with no rocks ,no sea grass ,just a small residential community of only a handful of private homes. Our beach is excellent for swimming, snorkeling, and shell collecting. The house is situated in a grove of coconut palms, with lounge chairs and hammocks strategically placed amongst them. There is a large variety of local wildlife, such as iguanas, wood peckers, ant eaters, small foxes.

Golf: If you feel inclined to enjoy a gourmet dinner or dancing until sunrise, Cancun is only half an hour drive, Playa del Carmen, a mere 20 minutes, or Puerto Morelos, a beautiful fishing village, just minutes away..

Guest Book: Hello Rafael, I was also sorry to have missed you when you came out to the Villa. Everything was truly outstanding. Everyone had a great time and loved your place and staff. I am sure we will come back in the years to come. We only ended up having Jose cook two additional nights (Monday and Friday) instead of three. Please let me know if this changes the refund but its not a big deal either way. Jose and his family were great and we would have used them more if we didn't do so much traveling around the area. Next time I intend to spend more time just enjoying the Villa, pool and beach. Jose's family also helped us with babysitting one evening which we paid them for that night.
