The security/reservation deposit is due with the reservation. Rent & cleaning fees are due 60 days prior to occupancy for June,July, August, September, ski season weekends, and holiday time periods. All other time periods, rent & cleaning fees are due 45 days prior to occupancy.
July, August, September, ski season weekends, and Holidays Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside of 60 days, a full refund of the security deposit less a $70.00 service fee will be made. Cancellations between 45-60 days, the security deposit will be forfeited should a rebooking not occur. Cancellations made with less than 45 days notice and should a rebooking not occur, the rent will be forfeited. The tax and cleaning fee will be refunded on all cancellations. - Off Season Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside of 45 days, a full refund of the security deposit less a $70.00 service fee will be made.
