All rental fees will be subject to 13% FL tax. Any stays less than 7 days will be charged for cleaning. Pool heat is an additional $20 per day.
A deposit of $250 is due upon securing dates and receiving confirmation number. This is subtracted from your total, with the balance due 30 days prior to check-in. Should you need to cancel, we can apply the full $250 to a future reservation. If you cancel 45 days or longer before check-in, 50% of your deposit or $125 will be refunded.

Sunset Lakes is a gated community and has a tot lot and a community pool with amenities. The lakes are beautiful plus you can enjoy fishing as well.
Amenities:
Screened-in heated pool, patio furniture, queen sized sofa-bed, large master suite, washer, dryer, radio/CD player, cable television, DVD, VCR, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, both formal and patio dishes/glassware, all linens, pillows, blankets, 2 car garage, phone.
Area:
We are just 1 mile off route 192 with its many shops (clothing, food market, pharmacy, and souvenir), restaurants, video stores and a library located there. The conservation area and lakes in our small community make it the perfect retreat from all the activity nearby.
We are 4 miles from the Disney entrance, approximately 5 minutes. Other attractions are close too; Sea World (15 minutes), Universal Studios (20 minutes), and Downtown Disney to name a few.
Our home is about 60 minutes from Cape Canaveral and the Atlantic Ocean and approximately 90 minutes from the Tampa Bay area and Gulf Coast. Both coasts offer excellent deep sea fishing and boating.
