Reservations confirmed only on receipt of damage deposit of $500 & $100 non-refundable cleaning fee. Payment due in full 45 days prior to arrival or at time of deposit if arrival is less than 45 days away at time of booking. Holiday rates may vary from posted rates. Until reservation is confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Pets not allowed, no smoking please. If reservation is canceled 45 days prior to arrival, then entire deposit is forfeited. If cancellation is within 45 days of arrival, then entire rental fee and deposit are forfeited. 3 night minimum. Damage deposit refunded within 7 days of check-out.
January - April $1250/week or $3000/month
May - October $750-$950/week or $1800-$2400/month (tenant pays utilities June-Sept)
November - December $1095/week or $2600/month
