Amenities & Activities: The condo is part of a small 11-unit complex with its own pool complete with lounging furniture. It is close to Restaurant Row and Los Muertos beach on the South end of town. In all, a great location with closeness to the action but removed from the heat and hustle. Filled with art, plants, and sculpture, full-entertainment center, great kitchen, and careful selection from the crafts of Mexico. Includes washer/dryer, microwave, and cable as well as air conditioning in the master bedroom. Has large entertainment kitchen with all appliances and kitchen equipment for gourmet dining. Has internet access. Handicapped Accessible. Pool. Close to Los Muertos Beach and Restaurant Row. Puerto Vallarta offers a wealth of activities for the arts or sports-minded individual. Hiking, boating, snorkeling, beach bumming, para sailing, are all available within minutes. PV has several golf courses accessible by car or bus.
Area: Shopping is always fun in the Zona Romantica or Old Town. For the arts-minded, check out the jazz clubs and multiple galleries in Old Town or the concerts at Plaza Hildalgo. Whatever your interest, this condo is well-located for access to any activity you choose. Within 10 minutes walk to Los Muertos Beach and Restaurant Row on Basillo Badillo.
