Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

1. Rent includes clean up before & after rental; mid-week maid service (fresh linens and towels, linens changed weekly for rentals of 2 weeks and more); toiletries on arrival, local phone calls and the use of utilities.
2. Rates are for up to 4 people. Additional person + U$D 20.00 per night = $140/week.
Children under 12 year of age U$12.00/night = $84/week.
Children up to 2 yrs old (not requiring a bed) stay free.
3. Daily maid service is available at an extra charge of $15-20.00 per day, pending service you require and number of guests.
4. For occupancy with 4 people, add $50.00/week housekeeping fee. With 5+ guests add $75 housekeeping fee.
5. Check In - Check Out Times: flexible, by agreement with the owner.

- - The master bedroom sleeps 4 guests (on two double-sized beds with comfortable orthopedic mattresses). - The living room has two double sized sofas, which separate into 4 individual beds, if desired. Great for children or singles. - The 16-foot glasses-in terrace features a futon sofa and a family sized hammock. The master bedroom and terrace are about 10-12 feet above the ground and feature a semi-private garden, great for watching magnificent sunsets over the lagoon. - Both rooms are separated by a small hall (with a hand sink); and the bath and shower is practically located between the 2 rooms. The master bedroom has a door and the living room has an attractive curtain, thus offering privacy to guests. - The apartment entry door is on the ground floor and this location makes for comfortable access - you are in and out in no time, no stairs to climb or elevator to get stuck in. You'll also appreciate it when unloading your beach gear, groceries, or luggage.

Apartment Amenieites:: Enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the calm and vast Nichupta lagoon from the sixteen-foot glassed-in terrace with a hammock, or the garden, full of blooming hibiscus (feel free to pick the flowers). For relaxing Mexican style, a hammock on the terrace is provided. The Master Bedroom has two full size beds (sleeps 4) with super orthopedic mattresses, reading lamps, sitting area with a coffee table and ample storage closet space, phone, 26' TV cable w/remote control; safety deposit box, iron and ironing board, radios, clocks, VCR (with family and children videos library), CD & Audio Cassette players and DVD player. There is also a sitting area in the bedroom for reading, playing cards or enjoying a little snack.
Apartment Amenities and Complex Amenities: The kitchenette features a 4 burner gas stove with oven, microwave, full size refrigerator, coffee maker; blender, toaster, flatware, dishes, cooking utensils, dish towels, beautiful drinking water dispenser , cooking utensils, dish towels, dinnerware, pots and pans, glassware and everything you need to fix a simple or a gourmet fare. Our Complex Condominiums Brisas (on Blvd. Kukulcan, km 19.5) features: fabulous beach location (located next to Royal Solaris Resort), beach lounges and showers, private gated community, 24hrs. security staff, free parking in front of the complex; 2 pools (one for children), Laundromat facilities, tennis court, 7-11 style convenience store and city bus stop directly in front of the complex. You are only minutes to the entertainment centers, shopping (Plaza Carracol, Plaza Kukulcan) or movies in La Isla Shopping center (most of movies are in English). If you prefer to stay around, unwind and relax at our pools, play tennis, swim in the turquoise ocean.
