The staff at the front desk at the Condo are very friendly, speak English and will be happy to help you with side trips, dinner reservations, tours etc. Don't worry about a car, you won't need one. The beach is immediately adjacent to the condo and has everything you could want in a beach, great sand, good swimming and snorkeling, jet ski and boat rentals, fishing and diving or sailing can be arranged on site. The world famous La Jolla de Mismaloya Hotel is next door with great restaurants within easy walking distance. If you have been to Puerto Vallarta before you know how great Mismaloya is, if it is your first time do yourself a favor and pick this resort, you will not be disappointed.
Identical Next Door Unit Available: If you are traveling as a larger group, I also have the next door condo available. This is perfect for large groups or parents who want a family vacation with some privacy for little romance!!
Penthouse Also Available: If you are looking for something more exotic and upscale, I also own the penthouse. The penthouse is the entire roof of the building complete with; private pool, jacuzzi, huge private sundeck secluded from everyone and everything with chaise lounges, numerous deck chairs and couches, built-in BBQ and large outdoor palm frond covered dining area, private poolside wetbar, huge living room and dining area, custom made poker/game table, 2 bedrooms (ea. w/ king size bed), large fully outfitted kitchen. The Penthouse is available to parties of four people or less. High season Nov - April $2,900.00 per week. Low season May - Oct is $2,450.00 per week. Holidays $4,000.00 per week.
