Located on a quiet side street, on Brant Point, one block from the water and a small neighborhood beach - perfect for a quick dip or short visits with toddlers. The outside shower has hot and cold water, so you can wash the sand off after a visit to the beach. The cottage on Brant Point has been rented to families for over thirty years. We hope you enjoy them as much as our family has. Amenities: So tell me more about the cottages. Fully equipped. Linens and towels are provided. Housekeeping is included after each occupancy. The kitchens have a full range of equipment, including stove w/oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven, washer/dryer, wine glasses, table cloths etc. TV/VCR with cable, Radio/Tape/CD player and a clock radio in each bedroom. Telephone has answering machine. Free local calls. Bring your cell phone or a phone card for long distance. Patio deck has charcoal grill, table with umbrella and chairs.

Folding beach chairs are also available. Rental Weeks run from Friday to Friday during the summer. Summer Rental Season is from mid-June to mid-September. Spring and Fall Seasons offer flexible rental packages. You do Not need a car at this location!! Bringing a car for a short stay is a GIANT PAIN !!! There is convenient bus service to beaches. Bike riding, tennis, golf, roller blades, sailing and fishing trips are easily arranged. Shopping, libraries, theater, art classes, children's day camps and museum tours are easily accessible. Something for every guest and any age. The quiet street in front of the cottage is ideal for children learning to ride a bike or for adults learning to roller blade. You can easily check your e-mail at the library, the Nantucket Atheneum, or at one of the internet cafes in town. Area: Children's Beach is three blocks away. Main Street, the ferry docks and Jettie's Beach are ten minute walks.
