- Our bathrooms are very modern and extremely clean. The floors and walls are tiled for easy cleaning. The showers all have ample room and are very luxurious. Our maid will be in 2 times a week to clean the whole house, including the bathrooms.

- Each bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom, large closets, bedside tables with lamps and a dresser. The Master bedroom has 2 balconies, one with a hammock and has spectacular views of the sun coming up over the ocean. The master Bedroom also has a desk with high speed internet for those who need to work a little on their vacation. The ground Floor bedroom is part of the self contained apartment. It has a walk out to the pool, large bathroom, TV room and kitchen. In the TV room there is a pull-out couch and another futon in the kitchen area. The 3rd bedroom also has a sunrise view over the ocean, en suite bathroom and private balcony. Even though we have a separate apartment the house is considered a 3-bedroom house. It all connects from the interior but also has doors that can be closed off for privacy. Keep them open and have the 3-bedroom house or close them off and have a separate area for grandparents or friends.

The beach is a 1 minute walk and the town square is about a 6 minute walk. There is a bakery located directly across the street from the villa that is perfect for morning pastries and coffee or yummy deserts for dinner, they also rent cars for Thrifty rental car agency. Our roof top terrace has a spectacular view of the ocean and mangroves. Sit under the rooftop palapa and have a morning coffee to the sunrise over the ocean or have a evening cocktail to the sun setting over the mangroves. If you want to sun yourself on the rooftop terrace you won't have to worry about getting too hot as you can cool yourself under the outdoor shower. Maybe you'll get lucky and see one of the many flocks of tropical birds from the mangroves or the pelicans from the ocean.
