Rate information for this Lincoln City house rental
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- President's Day, Martin Luther King & Memorial Day holiday require 3/night stay @ $495
- Rates do not include:
9.5% Lincoln City Room Tax and 1% State Lodging Tax
Non-Refundable Cleaning Deposit $250
Refundable Damage Deposit $500
Please note that all rates are based on 12 people. Each additional person is $25 per night/per person. - We require 50% of the total nights stay. The remaining balance, including $250 non-refundable cleaning fee, $500 refundable damage deposit and 10.5% tax is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Refunds and Cancellations:
If final payment is not received 30 days prior to your arrival, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and open the dates for others to reserve.
Cancellation/handling fee is $100.00.
If we can fill the time you have reserved, your deposit will be fully refunded except for the $100 cancellation fee. If all or part of the time is not re-booked, the 50% deposit will pay for that unused time; any difference would then be refunded.
