Condo Information: The condo is located on the penthouse level of the Girasol condos and contains two levels. This is not an apartment building or hotel, but a real condominium building on the beautiful beach in Cancun. There are two full separate bedroom suites, each with their own private bath. The ocean view bedroom has 2 comfortable pillow top twin beds plus a trundle bed sofa that sleeps 2 more. There are two twin beds in the lagoon view bedroom (which can be pushed together to make a king bed). An additional bath is located on the main level w/ 2 Couches that fold into twin beds. A family of 8 can sleep comfortably, or 3 couples with each having their own private bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with a counter bar, microwave oven, toaster oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, cook-top, cooking utensils, etc., dinette, main living area & two wonderful balconies looking out at the Caribbean along with 3 area air conditioners to keep the interior nice and cool

Great Location: Condo is within walking distance to most of the restaurants and shopping centers on the island. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and also inexpensive fast food restaurants. This is a great location to use as your home base for exploring Cancun and the surrounding marvels of the Yucatan Peninsula. The complex features a tennis court, upper and lower-level pools, and direct access to the beach, a pool-side restaurant for breakfast or lunch with low prices, bar, parking, 24 hour lobby check-in available, linens and towels are included with available maid service. Side trips can be taken to Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, Xcaret, Playa Del Carmen, Tulum or Chichen Itza. Buses will take you anywhere in the city or on the island for approx. $.60. The buses come by every few minutes on the Blvd. There is no need to rent a car when you stay at this condo. FUN.....Sailing, scuba diving, water skiing, golf, jet skiing, snorkeling, wind-surfing, and fishing are located nearby.

Amenities: Extra Features: FREE Internet Ethernet Connection in your condo. Take your laptop. If your laptop is an older model, it may not be Ethernet compatible. You can try wireless to connect to our system. Otherwise, we are sorry we can’t help you. There are Internet Cafes in malls and markets all over Cancun. If you need to use one our tenants receive a discount for using our preferred Internet Cafe. Currently our only choice is to use DVD’s for entertainment. Bring your DVDs, and bring your CDs for the AM/FM CD player in the condo. Other features....Balcony includes hammock, Bar-B-Que, and breakfast or cocktails table. The private closet for tenants use include: 2 belly boards for family use, 2 beach chairs, children's beach toys and inflatable rafts and swim fins and snorkels. Also available for tenants use are pads to place on lounge chairs adjacent to pools. Restaurant and bar located next to lower pool.

Ski: Water Skiing is available in the lagoon with private operators. Loads of activities and tours to choose from.

Golf: Two golf courses to choose from on the island of Cancun. Cancun Golf Club Pok-Ta-Pok and Hilton Cancun Golf Club. On occasion the private party owner may be in Cancun and will assist you in playing the Pok-Ta-Pok course of which he is a member. You will receive his complimentary discounted rate.
