Very private well kept 1500 square foot white house with green shutters. Outside of house is 1940 vintage, inside is completely modernized, all except the living room with it's knotty pine walls and center place fireplace. The property has lots of woods and fields around it, about three acres to run and play in plus an adjacent 15 acres of woods with tall pines to walk through. Our Lake Winnipesaukee waterfront on beautiful Meredith Bay is where we have a dock and swimming area in the crystal clear waters shared with four small condos, all just a two minute walk down our nature pathway. The shallowest water depth is about one and a half feet deep with a sandy bottom which gradually gets deeper, enough so that you can dive off our 30 foot docks. Our Cottage has three large bedrooms, one with a double bed, other with a double and single, the third bedroom with two single beds is in our loft. Full bath includes shower and tub.
