Autumn: Spectacular color for foliage viewing and hiking found in surrounding mountains, such as Mount Equinox. Apple-picking, Hildene Crafts Fair. Winter: Downhill Skiing at nearby sunny Bromley or Stratton Mountains (30-45 min. away), Cross-Country Skiing on nearby sunny Hildene Trails or cut your own trails through the surrounding pastures and woods.
