Golfing (2 miles to the public course), Shop at high-end outlet shops (4 miles to Manchester) such as Ralph Lauren, Armani, J.Crew, etc., many restaurants, Crafts Fair
Autumn: Spectacular color for foliage viewing and hiking found in surrounding mountains, such as Mount Equinox. Apple-picking, Hildene Crafts Fair. Winter: Downhill Skiing at nearby sunny Bromley or Stratton Mountains (30-45 min. away), Cross-Country Skiing on nearby sunny Hildene Trails or cut your own trails through the surrounding pastures and woods. Sledding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing,shopping.
