The climate is always pleasant. The average temperature ranges from an average low of 54 in January, to a high of 82 in July.
A restaurant and activities guide is available with menus from numerous local restaurants and things to do from local establishments. The area has restaurants featuring Thai, Indian, Chinese, Greek, Italian, German, Japanese, Jamaican, French, and Australian cuisines. Rental Policies:: Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 PM; check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. Reservations/Cancellation information: A $300 deposit or 30% of the rental amount, whichever is more, is required to confirm your reservation for weekly rentals. A deposit of $100 is required for 2-3 day rentals. The balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival or payment in full is due at time of confirmation if less than 30 days prior to your arrival. Visa and MasterCard charge cards & personal checks are accepted.
Golf: There are 3 golf courses at the resort plus another 100 courses within a one hour drive. Of the 100 courses, approximately 40 are within a 15 minute drive. The Grand Strand/Myrtle Beach area is known as the golf capital of the world. Courses have been designed by Rees Jones, Dan Maples, Williard Byrd, Hale Irwin, Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, John Daly and more.
