Amenities: Our deluxe 1BR condos are 2-room apartments with modern, fully equipped kitchens. Special care is given to amenities such as dinnerware, cookware, linens, toiletries, stovetops, full size refrigerator / freezers, coffee makers, microwave ovens, blenders, hair dryers, clock radio, phones, etc. Our bedding is of superior quality. Extra pillows, blankets, and a baby crib are available upon request. The bedrooms are furnished with 2 double beds or a single king. All contain a queen size sleeper sofa in LR / kitchen. The 4-room, 2 BR, 2.5 BA, 2 story corner has just been updated with an Italian designed kitchen and island with granite countertops. It has a corner glass enclosed breakfast nook that enjoys fabulous views of both the lagoon and the Caribbean.

The master BR has a king size bed, a sitting room and a balcony from which you view both ocean and lagoon. The 2nd BR has 2 twin beds and has 14 feet of glass overlooking the lagoon. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and a wrap-around balcony that overlooks both the lagoon for colorful sunsets, and the Caribbean for sparkling sunrises. Activities: Scuba, snorkeling, parasailing, boating, deep sea fishing, Mayan ruins tours, shopping, island hopping, dancing, fine dining, flea markets, swimming with dolphins, bowling, small car racing, horseback riding (on the beach if you wish), wildlife explorations. Area: The island of Cancun is shaped as the # 7, with mainland at either end. The short horiz leg is on the gulf side with calm, shallow water quite a way out. The long leg is the Caribbean side with clean, clear, glittering water having small or larger waves.

Nite life, restaurants, shopping plazas and water sports are mostly south (down) from the juncture of the horizontal and vertical lines of the '7' shape of the island of Cancun. Major night life is at the juncture. Most restaurants and shopping plazas are South of the juncture to half way down the Caribbean side. Condominios Brisas is approx 3/4 way down the Caribbean side, 18 min from the juncture. We are mid way between Hilton Golf Resort and Club Med, on the north side of Royal Solaris Resort. Our beach is the best! We're a quiet residential complex, far enough away for peace and quiet, yet close enough to all activities. We're 15 min from the airport. No need to rent a car.
