We require a 50% non - refundable rental deposit (based on total rental fee)to confirm and guarantee your requested reservation dates. In addition to the rental rate, a security deposit of $500 is required.
We do not charge any add ons like cleaning charges, taxes or required gratuity for the staff.
Discounts are available for multiple week rentals during all seasons Except the Holidays.
