Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

A rental is confirmed upon the signing of the Lease Agreement and the Full Amount Due in the form of a Cashier's Check deposited and cleared by the bank.
In the event of a cancellation we will refund 75% of the original fee. Should a replacment rental be achieved- A refund equaling 90% of the origional fee will be refunded.

- Our home has one full size bathroom that has the capacity for many hot showers due to an 80 gallon hot water heater. We do not have an outdoor shower.

- Our home can comfortably accomodate up to 6 adults on 3 Queen Size Beds and 2 Children on Bunk Bed. Sheets, blankets, pillows and a comforter are included for each bed. The bedrooms are located in the back of the house and are separed from the main portion of the house by a door allowing for a peaceful slumber. Each bedroom has an air conditioner. .
