Daily consumables (washing powder, dishwasher tablets, bathroom soap, etc) .
A pull up bed for an additional7th person is available in mid and low season for an extra charge.
Deposit: A 30 % deposit of the total letting price is payable by wire transfer or paypal directly to the owner. Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your reservation.
Balance: Due no later than 4 weeks prior to the arrival time.
Long-term rentals considered. - Insurance: It is advisable to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal coverage. Owner cannot accept any liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage incurred by tenants.
Period of stay is from Saturday to Saturday in high season. Other arrival days can be considered in low season.
Arrival time is between 4 and 8 pm, unless otherwise agreed upon.
