- A $300 damage deposit (if pets, add $100 more per pet) is required with every reservation, given as a separate check 14 days before arrival, and to be returned within seven (7) days of departure upon inspection of the property for theft or damage. (Rentals over 30 days will require damage deposit of a minimum of $800 or as determined by Owner.)
The 9% Vermont room tax is INCLUDED in the rental price. - Booking priority will be given to those renting for greater than nine days, secured with a 50% deposit at least two months prior and full rental two weeks before rental arrival date. Stays over 30 days require a lease agreement, with the rent negotiable. Your dates are reserved once signed booking form and deposit received.

The basement tub/shower is located in the laundry room and is great for larger parties when everyone's trying to get a shower at once.

Both upstairs bedrooms have romantic gas stoves for warmth and ambiance. All interior walls have Williamsburg-color pallet wallpaper and wainscott/chairail; all have ceiling fans for your comfort, spacious closets, and beautiful views of the forested mountainside.
