  • During the season (May through September), the house is only rented for full weeks. During the off-season, some weekends are available for $425 per night with a three night minimum plus a $150 cleaning fee. Please inquire if you have an interest in a long weekend. Off-season holiday weekends are sometimes available with a 4 night minimum.

    Please note that we do not rent for prom parties.

Notes: Hot tub overlooks the beach and ocean and is conveniently located on the main living level . The beach is easily viewable from all of the decks. The ocean is viewable from most living areas. Sometimes it feels as if you are on the water while standing in the kitchen. The living area is very conducive to gathering as a large group, or separating into smaller groups. All walls and floors are insulated for additional privacy. Three levels of decks provide both sunny and shady views of the beach and ocean. The crows nest puts you at the top of the island with a 360 degree view of the bay, the beach, and more than 6 miles out to sea. Watch the sun come up just outside your windows, dolphin swim by in the morning, surfers, families and fishermen during the day, boats returning in the evening, 360 degree sunsets and stars at night from the crows nest. The use of ten beach badges (a $200 value) are included with the rental. Linens are available for an additional fee of $200/week
