We charge a flat rate of $3,668.00 for reservations covering Christmas or New Year's Holiday. This rate covers up to 7 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal nightly rate. Christmas reservations must vacate by December 29 and New Years reservations cannot arrive earlier than December 29. Reservations which include both Christmas and New Years are billed a flat rate of $7,336.00 and cover up to 14 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal rate. - All rates quoted are based upon eight (8) person occupancy and are charged based upon the number of nights you stay.
Absolute minimum requirement for booking a reservation is three (3) nights.
Minimum requirement for Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, Easter and BYU Graduation (Spring) is 7 nights.
Minimum requirement for Memorial Day, Labor Day and Fourth of July is 5 nights.
Add $15.99 daily charge for each additional guest over eight (8) person occupancy up to a maximum of fourteen (14) people, including children over 1 year of age.
Two (2) covered parking stalls are included with the rent. Extra parking may be ordered through our secure onlina resrvations system.
Add a one-time, non-refundable, cleaning fee of $200.00 to all reservations.

The downstairs portion of the Home: The downstairs area of the vacation home is a very large & spacious (1200+ sf living area) air-conditioned area with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It features a recently remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, full-size stove/range, dishwasher, built-in microwave, side by side fridge, and all the cooking utensils you’ll need to prepare complete home-cooked meals. The kitchen opens to the living area with a convenient breakfast bar/nook. The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys wrap-around breath-taking ocean views. There are two queen size sleeper sofas in the living room in addition to a dining area with mahogany dinner table & seating for four - you'll love the hand carved pineapple dining chairs. The master bedroom has wrap-around ocean & mountain views and is furnished with elegant and tropical teak furniture with a Sealy pillow-top queen size bed. The second bedroom also has a Sealy pillow-top queen size bed.
The upstairs portion of the Home: The upstairs part of the home, which is connected via a covered stairwell, is a very large air-conditioned (by mini-split) area (1200+ sf living area) with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom that enjoys dramatic views of the entire Hauula Bay & Koolau Mountains from its expansive (400+sf) private oceanfront lanai 'balcony.' The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys wrap-around breath-taking ocean views. There is a queen size futon, two recliners, and a plantation chair in the living room which is adjacent to the Kitchen & dining area featuring a teak dining table & seating for four. The upstairs also has a completely remodeled kitchen and bath with granite countertops, stainless steel stove/range, built-in microwave, full size fridge, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare a complete meal. The first bedroom has great ocean, mountain, & garden views and features a teak & bamboo King size bedroom set. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed.
More about Hale Koolau: We have owned and operated these properties for two generations. We have operated as Hale Koolau LLC for nearly a decade, however prior to this change of entity we operated the business as sole proprietors, accommodating thousands of guests over the years. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau of Hawaii with an A+ rating, member of the Hawaii Chamber of Commerce, and have an 'excellent' rating on TripAdvisor. Guests who stay with us get more than just a place to sleep at night, they get their own beach house on the North Shore of Oahu. We have 450 linear feet of oceanfront property giving our guests plenty of room to lounge in the sun while being cooled down by the gentle breezes of the South Pacific Ocean. We also have four hot tubs on the property plus kayaks, boogie boards, snorkeling gear and complimentary high-speed internet.
Golf: We are only 10 minutes from the World Class Golf Courses at Turtle Bay Resort and an amazing oceanfront municipal golf course at Kahuku. See owner's direct website for more details.
