Solana--a great resort for rental homes: Solana is one of the most popular resorts for rental homes. A man guarded, gated resort with a clubhouse, complete with a community pool and Jacuzzi, gym, children’s play ground, volleyball court, game room, internet room, ping pong table and guest services. Solana is located about 10 minutes drive from Highway 192, Kissimmee and Interstate 4, where you can access all of Orlando's main attractions, from Theme Parks to shopping Malls. For eating out in the evening you have a wide variety to choose from when you take a short drive to Highway 192. Outside of the villa: Stepping outside, the guest is treated to the shaded lanai/porch and the sparking 30 foot pool with spa/Jacuzzi. The pool has a safety fence for extra protection for your young children. An extra capacity of pool heater insures that the pool temperature can be quickly adjusted to the desired temperature. Gas BBQ grill is available for rent at $40/week including all.
Clubhouse in Solana: All guests have free access to the Solana Resort Clubhouse that has excellent amenities like the soft-sand volleyball court, children’s playground, a big pool, recreation room, sundry shop and a state-of-art fitness room.
