The snow is already falling and we are now booking for the 2009-10 ski season. (Email or call for off-season rates until Dec. 10th on short term and monthly rentals.) This is a legal, licensed unit for short term rentals. Local authorities are cracking down on non-licensed rentals, so don't risk your vacation with an illegal rental.
